Imagine that it’s the very last episode of Glee. Every character, whether you love them or hate them, is parting ways. Kurt and Rachel are crying; Puck and Finn are hugging, not caring how gay it looks; Santana is linking pinkies with Brittany as she tries her hardest not to cry; Quinn is looking onwards to Yale but can’t stop looking back to her old friends, her family; Artie and Mercedes are saying their goodbyes as only the divas they are; Tina is finally not crying during a song but she feels like she’s about to; Mike and Blaine don’t even know how to react. Flashbacks of the years play and this song starts.
A single tear rolls down your cheek as you whisper, “It was worth it.” Because, really, every bad episode, stupid plot point, and horrible character was worth it, just for this moment.
